I haven't checked dates but am wondering if this could be John Standlee and Susanna Boren. My husband's ancesters were brother and siter to hese two -- David Standlee and Catherine Boren. David's & that John's father was Onicypherous Standlee and Mary Stratton Bryan. We believe Cyph's parents were John "Nolihucky Jack" Standlee and either a Nancy Elizabeth or a Sarah. One or both were Cherokee Indian we believe. Have documentation back to Cyph, ut no actual documentation to John. Your John is not this far back but a younger one. But many of the Bandy family and Standlee family went to Oklahoma (Indian Territory) and some on to Texas, although I have seen that some died in Colorado and some in Idaho and some in California. But all the Bandy's are related. I think the Standlee's you are from is also elated to my husband's. His mother when she talks of the area talks of Berryville, Grandview both in AR and also Eureka Springs.
