I found an old photograph of 2 women. The back is labeled "coz (cousin) "Dot STARCHER" and "Clarksburg". I assume it is Dorothy and Clarksburg is in Harrison county, West Virginia. My STARCHERs settled in Carthage, Jasper, MO and Leonardville, Kansas from this part of VA. I do not have a record of Dorothy. I would appreciate any help in knowing who Dot is.
