I am looking for information regarding Hilda Starkenberg. She would have been born about 1882 in Sweden, and came to this country (USA) in 1907 via Ellis Island. She stated her desitination as "Cambridge, MA", and was going to the home of Ester Herman, and listed Carl Starkenberg as her father. She may be the birth mother of my grandmother, who was born April 1, 1908 in Boston, at the Salvation Army Hospital.
