I don't know if this is the same person or not. In my family tree there is a great uncle Pious O. Starks who moved to Texas about the turn of the century. He had a daughter named Uvie born 1902 and a son named Hassel, not sure of his birth date. I hope this is of some help. The family came from Calloway Co. KY.
