No, I'm a Starks of Mississippi. However, my ggg-grandfather, William Starks, left Bradford County, Pennsylvania and settled in Jackson County, Mississippi. His sister, Elizabeth Starks, later traveled to Kentucky, where she broke her trip by staying with relatives there, then traveled down the Mississippi to New Orleans on a flatboat, then traveled to Mississippi to help her brother's wife, Nancy Ann Davis Starks, with the children.

William's father, Samuel Stark(s), was born in Conneticut and served in the Revolutionary War. He went to Pennsylvania about 1790 and married Abigail Skeel Whittlesey Richards. I have seen accounts that said they were married in Pennsylvania and others that said they married in Connecticut. Samuel's grandfather was Stephen Stark,Sr., son of Aaron Stark Jr. So, if you are descended from the Aaron Stark line, we are all related.
