This is purely a shot in the dark! I am looking for information on a St Clair who possibly fathered a daughter in 1871 with Margaret Biesel in or around St. Joe Hill in Clark County Indiana. Presumably no marriage took place. The daughter's name was Mary Katherine Biesel and before her death in 1912 she told her son that her father's last name was St Clair. If anyone has information I would be interested in hearing from you.
