Anyone with information on Frances E. Stearns, daughter of Robert L. and Annie E. Stearns, please contact me. I'm looking for my birth mother. I was born October 1970 in Nuernberg Germany while my grandfather (Robert) was stationed with the military in Europe. I would like any medical and family history that someone could provide me with.
