Am looking for information on the family of John Roscana Stearns and wife Maria "Bethinia" Wheeler.
They are in the 1850 census in Camillus, Onondaga Co., New York:

Bethina, 32
George, 9
Lucy J., 7
Nancy M., 5
Harriet, 3
and again in the 1870 census in Trenton, Oneida Co., New York:
John R. Stearns, 65
Bethinia, 52
Emma I, 11
Hattie B___tler, 6
Lucy J. Jenkins, 29
Harriet Stearns, 25
If any of these folks sound familiar to you, I would like to hear from you.
Their son George, was in the Civil War, and he made his way to Wisconsin where he settled.
