NATHAN and ROSE Steinberg

Surnames: Steinberg, Lovinger.
I am seeking any information I can on my Grandparents Nathan and Rose Steineberg.
Nathan was born 7/4/1902 and died 1970. He was married to Rose Lovinger, and they had my Father Sheldon Steinberg, and My Uncle Marvin Steinberg.
I believe they had resided in areas near Allentown/Hershey/ HArveys lake in PA.
I believe Nathan may have come from Russia (what is this "white Russia" I have seen) and Rose may have a hungarian background. My Grandparents as well as my parents have passed on, so I am having difficulty getting the information I am seeking. Any help would be greatly appreciated
