Mildred M. Stenhouse of Traverse City, Grand Traverse County, MI was born in Humboldt, South Dakota on February 28, 1912, & died at the Maple Valley Nursing Home in Maple City, Michigan, on Saturday, October 7, 2006. She lived in the Chicago, IL area for many years & moved to Traverse City in 1984. She was a member of the Glen Lake Community Reformed Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer & Henrietta "Hattie" (Baker) Richardson, and brothers, Wayne & Eugene Richardson. She is survived by her son, Harry & his wife Debra Stenhouse of Grant Park, IL; daughter, Cheryl Kroupa of Maple City; grandchildren, Kimberly, David, & Jason; five great-grandchildren; brother, James & his wife Lorraine Richardson of Cedar, a sister-in-law, Dee Richardson of Kingsley, and many nieces & nephews. Memorial services and interment information not provided. The Reynolds-Jonkhoff Funeral Home in Traverse City assisted the family with the arrangements.
