FRED AND MINNIE STEPNEY - BRIGHTON

Surnames: stepney
Am trying to find out more info on this couple who lived at 17 Buckingham Road/Place. They are shown on the electoral roll for 1936/37. I believe that Minnie Stepney was my mother's foster mother until her adoption.

Any help would be great - thanks!!
