Looking for Family info on Violet Rose Stockdale & Phillips siblings

Surnames: Stockdale, Phillips, Wickard
Looking for Family info on Violet Rose Stockdale & her Phillips family siblings.
Here's what I know... Violet Rose Stockdale (from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) is the half sister of Donald E Phillips (b 1929 Wyoming d. 2004 Idaho), Charles Phillips (from Post Falls, Idaho) & a name unknown sister or 2. (not clear on that.) I am assuming that her shared parent is their mother, Anna Frances Wickard making her step-father? James Francis Phillips.
Donald Phillips has a brother-in-law named Rudy Rash of Coeur d’Alene, he may be married to Violet or the unknown sister. (not clear on that either)
This is all I know about this family & the info came from Donald's obituary.
