Recent research suggests that Henrietta DeLong was really Henrietta or Harriet Wile. Henrietta's mother was a DeLong. Henrietta married Benjamin Stoudt/Stout in
Henrietta had a nephew named Cosmaz born 1837 from her sister Elizabeth, and it looks like she named her (1850 census says infant born 1850) son after him. Cosmos/Cusmurq (Cosmaz)D.(for DeLong?)Stoudt/Stout. Also here it says that her parents had a large family, the baptisms of those children were all at the Bowers Church. It is possible that Henrietta was an adopted Indian as was the practice in those days I am told. This source notes that "Summarizing we identify nine children with 8 unidentified. This would be 17 in a 23 year period; some must have been relatives or wards etc. All baptisms below are Bowers Church."
