I am President & Program Planner for the Anson County Genealogical Society. I would like it very much if anyone reading this message to recommend someone to be the guest speaker for a future meeting of the Anson County Genealogical Society to talk about the history of the Thomas C. Streater Family. I believe Thomas C. Streater was married to Mary Jernigan, daughter of Samuel & Rachel Jernigan. I would like very much for anyone that has researched the Streater Family to submit the history for use in a future newsletter of the Anson County Genealogical Society. There are no Streater Family histories in the files of the Anson County Library so this is an old family that has been overlooked so that reminds me the Jernigan Family name no longer exists here so I hope someone reading this message would submit an article on the Jernigan Family for use in the newsletter
