Burnett, Lorral (Laurel), W.N. ______, Louisburg were witnesses.
J.T. Strickland (40) son of William and Madora Strickland (both deceased) to Etta Perdue (42) daughter of Joe and Heland Perdue (both alive) all of Fr. Co. The license was issued Dec. 16, 1912 and was applied for by J.T. Strickland. Married by K.M. Clark, J.P. on Dec. 17, 1912 at Hayesville Township. C.W. Staunton, Arthur Strickland and K.M. Clark were witnesses, no places listed. J.T. is listed as Peter on bottom of license.

James T. Strickland no DOB listed but was age 56 when died, b. Fr. Co., parents and places of birth unknown, of Louisburg died 3/28/30 Book 19 p. 217. Died of uremic poising (sic) and acute alcoholism. R. H.G. Perry of Louisburg. Undertaker was W.E. White of Louisburg.
Married to Etta Strickland. Was a farmer. Informant was Eugene T. Strickland of Louisburg Route 2.
From the dates of birth on both his marriage licenses, he was obviously not 56 when he died, but was 58, b. 1872.
