I am looking for information on John P. Stroke who was born May 16, 1893 in Austria/Hungary region to Gabriel and Mary Warga/Vargo. On the 1920 Federal Census he was still at home in Johnstown, Cambria, Pennsylvania. In January 1921, he is in Granite City, Madison, Illinois, getting married to Katherine Janek. Although he was listed as Stroke on the census, he signed his name on the marriage certificate as "Straka".
