She came to America with her parents and siblings in 1848 and we have some of her Courts family history.

The ages and birthdates match on all records and two of their children, John Albert Stuck born 16 May 1876 Illinois and Tillie Maria Froehlich born 8 Sep 1860 Illinois were listed on California death certificates with a mother’s maiden name as Stuck and a fathers surname as Froehlich.

This John Stuck 1829 family was living at Salem, Sedgwick, Kansas (next county over from Crowley) in 1880 but they too were living in Oquawka, Henderson, Illinois in 1860 and at Sandcreek, Union, Iowa in 1870.
The John Stuck of 1829 and father John Stuck of 1803 are both buried, at the Waco Cemetery, Salem, Sedgwick County, Kansas also daughter/grand daughter Mollie Stuck Patten age 20, born 1862 Illinois is buried a few steps away she died 6 Feb 1883 only 6 days before her grand father John Stuck 1803. We believe John’s wife Mary Stuck b. 1801 is buried at Oquawka, Henderson, IL.
