I have only just 'discovered' your Sturdy message board. Looking through, it seems most queries about the UK family relate to the Yorkshire branch. Anyone out there (apart from Richard!) interested in the family that, at least back to 1706, came from Spelsbury and surrounding villages. During the Industrial Revolution a few went to London, a lot to Birmingham and some to South Wales
Would be really happy to make more links
