Does anyone have any information on Kate Sugg born about 1865 in Shoreditch London please? She named her husband as Alfred or Albert May on her childrens birth certificates, yet I cannot find a marriage for her. There is a marriage for her to a Stephen Coombes in 1882 and she does say that her maiden name was Coombes on her childrens birth certificates, but if it is definitely her married to Stephen Coombes it would mean that he died really soon after the wedding because her first son was born in February 1883 and she names the father as Albert May. I canot find a death for Stephen Coombes (not at the right time anyway) only a couple, months before she married.
If anyone has a Stephen Coombes in their tree (maybe born about 1860 ish) Id be really grateful to hear from you.
Her marriage was registered in Islington London.
