My grandfather was born in Bryzgiel in 1865. He was the youngest of ten children. I have found the baptism records of all of his siblings and cannot find a record of his birth. His name was Andrew and there is a brother, Andriej,1850-1878. My grandfather died in 1956 in Michigan.
I would like suggestions for other places to look and if two children would have the same name. Could Andriej have been Mateusz (the name of his grandfather) and entered wrong?
