My Brother's Mother

Surnames: Svoboda, Crawford
I am looking for my brother's mother. She was married to Thomas Michael Svoboda, gave birth to a son Joseph, in 1982, at an Army base in Germany. He was born with spina bifida. He would like to know who his mother is. I am thinking her maiden name was Crawford
