Re my earlier message about April last year.
i have since found that my Swallow family (family occupation Potter) from Ewell,Surrey,moved to Lessingham ,Norfolk between the 1871 and 1881 cencus's.
I am still missing a Matthew William Swallow born 1851
married a Martha Ann Newton,I think he may have gone to the states but as yet can not confirm it.
Interested to hear from people with Swallow families from Kent,Surrey,Norfolk or British swallow;s that have moved to the States between 1871 and 1881.
