John Symonsand Elizabeth Symons (or Stone) 1851 - 1861

Surnames: Symons Spencer / Stone
Does anyone have any record of the marriage of these 2? I can see that they are un married on the 1851 census and married by the 1861 census... but i can't find any record of them marrying! I believe they were around the St Austell area - any onfo would be great. Thanks!
