I'm just starting to find info on my g-g-grandmother Phebe Seifert or Sypherd. I found a Phebe Sypherd who married a James Mills on May 16, 1869 in Fayette Co. OH. I've also found a James Mills and Phebe Mills-Seifert who gave birth to Bertha Mills, my g -grandmother, on Oct 1, 1875 in Preble Co. OH. Would like to know if anyone can verify if the two women are in fact the same one or if anyone has any info on this person.
