Michael SYZEK had been in Chicago during his year of immigration to the US, in 1900, also in 1910, and again in 1915. This last year shows he crossed the Canadian border from Winnipeg at Noyes, MN on Oct 12. This document said that he was born in Praha, Bohemia and entered the US at the port of Baltimore in June of 1900 on the SS St. Mary. This information has not yet been verified. His surname was originally CYCAK, which I discovered from his brother's Canadian naturalization record.
