USS Utah ship mate inquiry....

I am searching for William "NV" Tackett who was served on USS Utah in Pearl Harbor. My Great Uncle William A. Juedes was a sailor on the ship and went down with the ship on December 7, 1941. I am searching for William to see if he had any memories of him. I recently came across an inquiry William had made on USS Utah Association. Anyone have a ny ideas?
