I'm a Tallmadge decendant. My ggg-grandpa was George W. Tallmadge and was married to Edwina Marshall. Edwina was widowed at an early age and moved from Oshkosh Wisconsin to Troy Montana around 1902. In the 1880 census, living in Oshkosh, he was alive, and working in a saw mill(26yrs.old). He was born in WI, his father in Mass. mother in New York. Does anyone have any information on his death or who his parents or siblings were? By the 1900 census he had died. Please contact me if you have any information.
