My grandfather was a Emile Tanghe from Ruddervorde, Belgium, or so I was told. Unfortunately, I can't even find a Ruddervorde on the map. I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of an Emile, Julius, Cyril, or Felix Tanghe anywhere in Belgium? You help would be appreciated very much. Thanks.
