There is a Lucio Arteaga married to a Maria Navarro and I would like to know more about Lucio Arteaga. We are searching for a Lucio Erasto Arteaga born in 1926, who was married to an Ignatius Navarro. He was a guitarist in a band. It is possible that this is the same man.
