There was a John Tatum in our family line, but he was born
abt 1817. He was a minister and lived in Yolubusa Co. MS
for many years and then came to Ok. or AR/
some of the names on the census, were some that was in
our family Jesse born 1798 in NC,they moved to
Independence Co. Ar. abt 1860.
Jesse isn't a usual name so these families may be
related somehow.
