Samuel J. Tatem died on Nov 29, 1944 in Lincoln County, Ky. His wife, Jennie, had died earlier, and they had no children. Looks like funds were distributed to the descendants of the living siblings of his mother (Amanda M. Holman) and father (William P. Tatum).
