I am not 100 % sure on anything but what I can remember and what I have been learning is that Carrie E. Dixon Teehee had 2 sibling Lillian and Luther and their mother's name is Martha and Their father's name is James Dixon.

Hello. My name is Christina and I am Davis' great great grandaughter I to am also curious about his parents. The only thing I have been able to figure out is that his mom's name is Francis. My great grandmother recently passed away last year and it seems as if I did not want to know until the only one who could tell me was gone. Hello, Lee Teehee was married to my grandma Lucy Barber one of their son's Henry Teehee was my grandfather, Henry fathered a son with Sybil Wallace which is my father Floyd Wallace Teehee aka Robert F Dixson family roots are Okla. and Kansas. Could we be related?

did you know anything about the Wilkerson, or Wilkenson family in Talaquah that were cousins to Lee Teehee? Lee is my grandfather and Sarah is my grandmother.

Hello, I also have relation to this two last names. My father was born Floyd Tehee and went by the name Robert F. Dixson. His mother's name was Sybil Wallace and the Wallace family were from Kansas. His father's name was Henry Tehee from Oklahoma. I know my father had daughter that we never met. Can you tell me how old is Carrie Elizabeth Dixon.

Searching for ancestry on my father Robert Floyd Teehee (descesed)What I do know what my father told me was his father left as a child and his mother Sybil Wallace passed when he was about 8 years old and was rised by 3rd cousins with the last name of Wallace. He told me his was born in Tulsa, Okla. on Sept 3rd in can't remember the year from 1920-1925 He served in the armed forces during WWII in the Army Aircorp. I wish I would have had the good sence to question him more about his life, but I guess when your young you don't think about things like that :( I also know he had a daughter from a previous relationship to my mother is maybe in her 60's he only kept one picture of her and she was probly about 8 years? in the picture. Oh I do also know he had a sister I remember visiting her and husband and two boys in Okla., but I was just a little girl. We would go visit every year in the summer to Kansas to visit the Wallace side of the family. I remember one male cousin that shared my birthday Sept. 6th. I remember him taking me downtown in Sedan Kasas he bought me a brass 40's car that was a bank. I will continue to search for my family history/ancestry. @ Kelli Prescott is your grandmother still alive? how old is she? my dad's sister lived in Okla. but now sure where. I know when I visited as a child she had two boys, who knows? she was young back then and maybe could have had more children. we are having a hard time proving r history my grandmas birth recards were burned in a fire in city hall, she has since passed and we want more than anything to fill the gaps. I have my great grandmas bible the name in it is kate curley, from what my aunt and my grandma told me before she passed away is our family walked the trail of tears, her mother lost her parents, i believe they got sick with tb and died she was adopted by a white family,was where she got the name curley but her birth name it teehee. I belive she was a only child born to that member of the teehee family, any info could help. God Bless

Hi Cindy...yes I would love to have your Teehee lineage...my Mother-in-law, Aunts in Law, Uncle in Law were also Teehee(Tehee)'s. They descend out of Charles Tehee, Sr. and his wife Margaret Proctor. Which line do you descend from. Any help with this family would be very much appreicated. Very hard line to trace.

Did you know there is a killer mountian around Stilwell ,Ok .The Killers that I have are Cherokee and are related to Proctors I have done some research on the Teehee's and have found some Killer's in this Family .Don't know if they are the same one's your looking for. But have heard that Killer does mean Teehee or Tehee

In the Miller application it has as his mother Polly Foster or Polly Do-no-ho-lun in Champman Roll 796, His father just have his Cherokee name as Do-lest-tah no english name enrolled in Champman 795 . It says that his father dies in the year 1865 in the east and mother soon after moved to Choctaw Nation when Lee was 6 mo. old. Now this is 1907 when this was written, says that his mother dies 26 years ago in Canadian Drist as the wife of George Griffith.

Back in 1996 i met some people at a Tehee reunion by the name of Jack Artherson would you bee related to them i believe they were from Coffeeville ks. I never heard from them again but Lee Teehee family is connected to the Charlie Teehee from around Skiatook Charlie was also a son of Lee's different mother. I have a little information on Lee's not much but have information on some of the other Tehee's

Tehee = Killer in Cherokee?

My ggg-grandmother's last name was Killer. She was from
the Cherokee Tribe. She lived at one time in the Goingsnake
Distric. Most of her life was in the Siloam Springs, Ar.,
Delaware Co. and Adair Co. Oklahoma vicinity. I have found
very little on the Killer family. I was told last week that
the Cherokee word for Killer is Teehee or Te Hee. Have you
ever heard this before? Please let me know if you can.
