my ggmother was a telford, esther jane, not much is known about her, believe her to be dau of william james telford b. 1851 and jane anderson b. 1855, and that she had brothers, william john, john robert, james and sister margaret, and that her gparents were james telford m. esther jane robertson

believe that her husband john joseph davis was the son of margaret telford b. 1850 and joseph davis b 1851, immigrated 1888 thru new york from Rothbury, Northumberland or district.
