Looking for information on William Tempest, father of Sarah (b. 1815 - Gibraltar), William I. (b. 1821 - Gibraltar) and Charles (b. 1825 - City of London). William is my direct relation through Sarah's line - she married Matthew Parkin in London in 1843. Who was his wife, where and when was he born, what was he doing in Gibraltar? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
