I'm looking for my grandfather. His mame was Albert Gaston Thompson. All I have is a marriage license issued in Coffey Co. Ks. dated 4/22/1918. I also found his 1918 draft registration card showing his date of birth as 4/7/1886 and living with my grandmother in Neosho Co. Ks. in Chanute. It shows his occupation as transportation. Further, I have a 1920 Federal Census showing him living with my grandmother, still in Chanute, Ks. as being born in Nebraska. He disappears after that, sometime between March and December 1921. His son, my father, Lawrence Eugene Thompson was born 12/21/1921 in Coffey Co. in or near Burlington. My grandmother was Julia Florence (Sheets) Thompson who was from Burlington also.
