At least three of my grandmother's siblings (born in Eastern Aker and Kristiania) migrated to the US.:
Gustav Adolf Thoresen (born 1883) is listed on Manchester Skipper from Kristiania, April 7. 1902, destination Sault Ste Marie.
Anna Thoresen (born ?) must have left some time between 1902 and 1913. When sister Selma departs in 1913, her destination is "sister Anna Ruud" on 328 - 25. Ave., Minneapolis.
Finally, Selma Marie Thoresen (b. Dec. 16. 1893) arrives Ellis Island onboard SS. Kristianiafjord from Kristiania, September 8. 1913.
