Charles W. THRALL was born c. 1834 in Ohio. He probably died sometime between 1870-1880 - probably in Pickaway County, Ohio. Charles married Rachel SMITH, daughter of Jacob SMITH and Catherine LISTER, on 07 Sep 1857 in Pickaway County, Ohio.
Charles and Rachel had four children: Rosilla "Rosie" (married Jasper Gordy), Rufus S., George, and John.
Charles served during the Civil War by enlisting as a private on 23 July 1862 at the age of 28. He served in Company A, 90th Infantry Regiment Ohio. He was mustered out on 13 Jun 1865 at Camp Harker, Tennessee.
Does anyone recognize Charles' name? I have tried in vain to connect Charles to parents and siblings.
