He died 10/18/1969 in Henderson, KY. Father is listed on social security application as Wesley Thurby, mother as Sarah Morris, but I have been unable to find any information on them. I believe he had two brothers a John Henderson Thurby and George W. Thurby, both of whom lived in Henderson around 1920.
