I am descended from a brother of James (William S.) and have information about his parents in Misssouri and his grandparents in Virginia. I believe I have seen some Sharp's buried in the Bethel Campground Cemetery which is close to the tiny town of Edwards in Benton County, Missouri. There are at least ten Thurston graves in the same cemetery, all relatives of James'.
