Hi there. I'm just wondering who you are? Fred tibbles was my father. My mother divorced him in 1963, when I was 2 years old. I have a brother called John Alfred Tibbles.
I didn't have much contact with my father as a child, though my brother had more, as he was older. I have only just started researching my family tree, and immediately got stuck beyond Sarah jane Tibbles. I know that fred's father (my grandad, Arthur Tibbles), died in 193. He and Sarah had 5 children together, 3 of which were stillborn. Sarah remarried in 1933. Her husband's name was Arthur Allen, and they had a further 6 children together, of which some were stillborn. I know some survived, and as a child, I remember haaving an uncle Charles, Uncle Arthur and an auntie Barbara.
My father ( Fred ) married a woman called Jean Quibbell when I was quite small, and they had a daughter together in 1972, called Sarah Jane. She now lives in Lincoln.
My brother John and I both currently live in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with our families.
