TICHBORNE BOOK

Surnames: Tichborne
I am writing a book about the Tichborne family of Hampshire and trying connect other branches.

In particular I would like to hear from anyone who is connected to the English or the Irish lines.

I am also trying to sort out the Canadian, Australian, New Zealand and US lines. And the line in Manchester in the 19th C.

I recently bought a second hand book that had a bookplate for:

Chas R C Tichborne and a coat of arms which is correct for the Hampshire Tichbornes (though without the supporters), and correct crest and motto, (no markings for cadet branch). The book is dated 1838, Pub; London, though of course he could have owned it later!

This Charles R C T is not any known member of the Tichborne family in the nineteenth century that I can find. Can anyone help?

Any other help would be greatly appreciated!

yours
