My mom finally found out more information on her birth mother. Her name was Marianne Timko and she was 22y/o in 1959. She lived in Ohio and was on her way to California to see her brother when she stopped in Oklahoma City to have her child. She struggled with the decision to give my mom up according to the file. If anyone any further information about a woman fitting this description please let me know. I would love to find out if my mom has half siblings out there somewhere!
