I am trying to find out any information about my g-grandfather's brother who lived in Wisconsin or Minnesota.
William or Wilhelm Timm was the son of Heinrich Christopher Timm. His father was married twice and I have conflicting information as to which wife was his mother. He came to the area from near Holdenstedt, Germany in the 1880's. Two of his brothers, August Wilhelm and Frederick followed him to America, but they settled in eastern Washington State. William (Wilhelm) had a daughter Emma who came to Washington to care for her uncle's children in about 1910 and then married one of her cousins.
