Stefan: Tho I'm not researching this name, I occasionally check boards as my mother is a Tisza and interested in genealogy. My grandparents, John and Elizabeth Radai Tisza, lived in Chicago for years and I wondered if she might have info to help you. Notes she has a John Tisza who married Mary Kukta-no dates or places. She shows them to be parents of Carl Tisza Jr., b 1905, Lucska, Gomar, Hungary. (Carl was related by marriage to my grandfather). Carl married Anna Spisak (my grandfather's cousin). My mother notes she has some misc. info re: Carl's daughter and widow. She'll be out of town until next week, but if this rings any bells for you, please let me know and I'll see if my mother is familiar. Donna

I am searching for the family of my uncle named John Tisza, born in Hungary in the village Lucska (now it is called Lucka and is a part of Slovakia), died in 1940 in Chicago.
