Richard Tobin a native of Ireland declared his intention to become a citizen of the United States before a (Circuit?) Court of Lafayette County, Mo. on the 12th day of June A.D. 1858. Naturalized in the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County the 15th day of July A.D. 1868. Vouchers: J. McGonigle and John Porter
