Some of the Tobys of the hill country are my kin starting with Nettie Janet Toby. She Married William Martin Mayes. They had at least two children, Willie Belle Mayes (my grandmother) b. 26 FEB 1894 on Bear Creek in Kimble co., d. 19 Mar 1924 and one brother who accidently shot her. Thats it!!
