Seeking information re: my ggrandfather, Frank Pierce Tolbert. He was born in Pa. in 1860, his mother was Sarah Frazier, she came from NJ.and is buried in Philadelphia. I need the first name of his father and where he was from, I have been told he was from either N or S Carolina. I keep hitting a stone wall. Can anyone help?
