I am researching Ellen Toll who was born early to mid 1800's in Ireland and moved to Quebec Canada with her family. Her father is John Toll. She has five female siblings:Elizabeth, Mary, Bridget, Margaret and Theresa. Ellen is my Great Grandmother. I can find several Toll names in Census in later years so the name survived. There must of been other male Toll's in the area that may have been related to her father John.
