Looking for the parents of Louis Aurstille Toups Married 1st to Juliene Roger and then to Margaret Rodrigue. I suspect he is connected to John Degruis. I am not sure but I think his mother or grandmother was Julia Dugas (Degruis). Any help would be appreciated.
