Hi Guys,
I realise that this forum is TOWELL but I just thought I would throw my lot in just in case there is someone out there looking for THIS surname or that of TOWILLS.

My research here commences with a Frederick TOWILLS at Ilminster in Somerset, England about 1717.

One branch of this family is known to have gone to Bristol in about 1850 and another to Taunton about the same time.

My great grandfather came to Australia in 1853.

I hope I have not upset anyone listing my name variation.
